Infant & Toddler (3-24 months)
An all-inclusive program created to help your baby sleep longer stretches at night and take long, restorative naps. Each plan is tailored to your family’s lifestyle and desires, whether you’re stuck in the 4-month sleep regression, struggling with short naps or trying to drop night feeds. This program aims to help you feel confident in supporting your child’s sleep with ongoing text-based support for two weeks.

Toddler & Pre-Schooler (2-4 years)
An all-inclusive program created to help your toddler or pre-schooler successfully sleep in their own bed, transition down to one nap or no longer napping, and manage behavioral challenges related to sleep through connection, visual routine resources, play and role playing. This program aims to help you feel confident in supporting your child’s sleep with ongoing text-based support for two weeks.

This program includes a fully customized and detailed sleep plan and one 30-minute review session to help you feel confident going at your own pace.

Hi, I’m Jenna.
I'm a Certified Sleep Consultant, Lactation Counselor, Sleep Science and Stress Management Coach and - most importantly - mom of three boys.
My mission as the REMedy Sleep Coach is to help you feel empowered, confident and encouraged through the implementation of tailored sleep improvement strategies so you and your children can start sleeping through the night in just TWO WEEKS.

Discovery & Assessment
During this phase, we’ll get to know each other and assess your primary pain points - whether that’s personal or related to your baby or toddler. I’ll administer a sleep questionnaire and perhaps ask you to keep an initial sleep diary so I can recommend the best plan for you.

Planning
Taking into account the information collected during the discovery phase, my professional assessment and knowledge of sleep science, I’ll write up a plan for you or your baby or toddler that includes schedules, routines, step-by-step method outlines, goals and more.

Implementation & Accountability
Once we collectively review the plan together, it’s time for you to take action! Trust the process, stick with the plan, stay consistent. I’ll be with you every step of the way through text, email and coaching calls throughout the duration of your program.

Don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging! At the end of your program, I’ll send you a wrap-up note, what to look out for in the future and how to stay on track. I’m always an email away!
