I’m Certified Sleep Consultant and Lactation Counselor, Certified Sleep Science and Stress Management Coach and - most importantly - mom of three boys. I’ve helped nearly 300 families feel empowered, confident and encouraged through the implementation of tailored sleep improvement strategies that lead to better sleep in just TWO WEEKS.
