Complete a detailed intake and evaluation form and I’ll personally write and deliver your individualized sleep plan directly to your inbox within 5-7 business days. We’ll then set up a one-on-one 30-minute call to review everything in depth. You’ll also get access to a shared online sleep log so we can keep track of your little one’s progress and trends.
Best part of all is you’ll have access to me via text 7 days/week 8am-8pm for two full weeks to help guide you along the way, answer questions and be your biggest cheerleader and accountability partner so you feel confident implementing your plan.
